Diego Dalla Palma Nail Paints* Swatches and Review

So I have some more exciting swatches for you, this time from Diego Dalla Palma who have launched their range of nail paints with a load of classic shades to choose from.  I've got six colours to show you so follow me behind the cut to see these purdy polishes.

Although the bottle shape is a bit different, these polishes immediately reminded me of OPI for some reason.  They have a lovely rounded wide brush that makes application really easy.  The formula is pigmented but a bit on the thin side so the below swatches are three thin coats and no top coat.

There are two names for each polish because Diego Dalla Palma have their names for the polishes but Marks & Spencer have them under descriptive names, just so you know.

All in all, I was pleased with the polishes.  Like I mentioned before, the formula of the polish is a bit thinner than I'm used to so it's not your convenient 2 coater but if you have the time to do your nails then they are a good choice.  At £9.50 for 15ml they are a bit more on the luxe side of things but the range is full of classic shades so it might be worth investing in your perfect shade of red or pink if you can't be too adventurous with your colour palette because of work.

You can pick up these Diego Dalla Palma polishes in selected Marks and Spencer stores as well as the Diego Dalla Palma website and M&S website as well (links above)

What shade do you fancy from the range?  Let me know in the comments below and be sure to follow me on the social media sites below, until next time :)

  2. oooh I've seen this brand in M&S before but had always been a bit put off by the price tag. But now I know they have an OPI vibe I might give them a go! Just a shame there isn't some more adventurous shades.. x
