Binky London Marrakesh* and Gold* Bauble Nail Art
So who else is a fan of Made in Chelsea? I'm OBSESSED and when I found out that Binky from the show had released her own range of beauty products, I was very interested in trying them out and the kind people over at Binky London let me choose 5 shades to try out and here's three of them in some festive themed nail art!
I started off with a base of Binky London Gold, after applying three coats of that and waiting for it to be dry (that didn't take too long), I used my detailing brush to apply Marrakesh to create this slightly swirled and tapered design. I wanted to base the look on a Christmas bauble and while it looks festive in it's colour scheme, it looks quite Moroccan as well which is cool. I finished the look off with just a line of Binky London's Frostbite Glitter top coat to add a bit of dimension to the look.
I really liked working with these polishes. Gold was a bit sheer but that can often be the case with some metallic shades but Marrakesh was great to work with, a gorgeous warm terracotta red that would look great in the summer as well as the winter. The brushes were quite wide and the bottle is nearly identical to Models Own so if you like handling that particular brand, then look Binky London up!
I've two more polishes to show you from Binky London so look out for those! All of the polishes are available at Binky London's website and are priced at £2.95 each (Marrakesh is actually in a flash sale for £1.95!) and you can also get 10% off your order with the code 'PP10'!
So that's the start of the festive nail season eh? What are you looking forward to seeing on my nails? I'm always open to suggestions so be sure to leave a comment below and let me know.
