Inspired By...Marie Antoinette
Barry M Peach Melba, Sinful Colors Snow Me White, Nails Inc Lisle Street, O.P.I Greenwich Village and H&M Green
So in case you've missed any of my whining of late, I'm currently in the middle of doing my dissertation for my Masters and so I'm very busy during the week so I'm doing all of my nail art during the weekends when I have a little more time. One of the films I am writing about is Marie Antoinette, the 2006 film from Sofia Coppola and so I thought it would be cool to do some nail art inspired by one of my films.
With Marie Antoinette, there are SO MANY inspirational patterns, fabrics and images that it was hard to choose one to try and replicate but I settled on Marie Antoinette's bedding from her bedroom in Austria.
I loved the colouring of the pattern and well, I love florals so it was a no-brainer. I was glad I got to use Barry M Peach Melba because I had forgotten is was such a great colour. The detailing took a little bit of time but I was happy enough working away on my nails.
So, should I give up on florals for a while or do you still like them?
Since in a few weeks I won't be able to wear nail polish for a while, do you want to see any tutorials or swatches in the mean time, stuff that can be done of nail wheels?
See you next time :-)
So jelly. Those are so bloody amazing! <333

DeleteThese are just too cute. I need your talent. And your nail polish collection. Hehe :) These are just the prettiest thing I've ever seen, I wish I was talented enough to recreate these, because these nails are just... Amazing. The colours are also so beautiful! I need the shade Peach Melba from Barry M now, it's just to beautiful not to get, hehe :) And florals will never get old for me, they're just so vintage, which makes them so gorgeous.
